Children & Family Ministry Recruiting Coordinator

Serves as the primary volunteer recruiting pipeline for non-paid ministry partners for the Children and Family Ministry (CFM), including both follow-up with approved and background checked individuals who express interest in serving with CFM through digital or other means, as well as actively initiating contact with such prospects who may be ideal candidates.  Utilizes the data base to track all potential volunteers for the purpose of accountability and follow up. Stewards potential candidates through the connection process to help assess optimal placement in CFM roles and integrates with the Connections Coordinator and other team members as appropriate, for smooth hand-off of all candidates to placement in ministry positions.  Reports directly to the Children & Family Ministry Director for weekly and ongoing recruiting needs, as well as integrates with other department personnel to ensure smooth communication and connection for optimal filling of roles and placement.
