Quakerdale, a Christian, non-profit organization, dedicated to strengthening children and familes of Iowa, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Houseparents, (married couple) in Marshalltown, Iowa.

Our Promise Home functions much like a professional foster home. Houseparents are to establish a Christian family style home environment, role model parental style and teach responsible behavior and decision making. They function as part of a team to implement the programmatic values and components with a primary goal of raising youth who are well-balanced, educated and responsible, with good morals, values and assets and demonstrated leadership potential.

Qualifications: Experience a plus, degree preferred.
